  1. How do I share lists between phones?
    Just create a new free account the first time you launch the app. Then on another phone, launch the app and choose "Connect To Existing Account" and enter in the account name and password for the account you just created.
  2. How do I add a new store?
    1. Click on the plus icon in the application bar at the bottom of the screen.
    2. Then tap in the box that says "Tap To Add Store".
    3. Now type in the store name, and press enter.

  3. How do I keep from having to re-enter frequent items?

    Items you buy frequently are automatically added to your "Regulars" for that store. To add "Regulars" to your shopping list, just tap the "..." button.

    Because your list of "Regulars" is automatically managed for you, you may decide to just delete items off your list after you buy them, knowing ones you buy frequently will only be a tap away.

  4. How do I rename an item?
    Press and hold on an item to get a menu, then select Edit
  5. How do I move an item to another store?
    Press and hold on an item to get a menu, then select "Change Store". You will then be taken to your list of stores. Tap on the store you want the item moved to.
  6. How do I send in suggestions or bug reports?
    There is a link to send suggestions within the app, which you can access by tapping the ... button on the application bar.
  7. How long will it take for changes to appear other phones?
    Between 15 to 60 seconds.
  8. How often does the app use my data connection?
    The app contacts the server within about 10 seconds of you entering data, and asks the server for updates every 30 seconds.
  9. How will you use my email address if I choose to provide it?
    Providing an email address is totally optional. If you do provide one, it will only be used to help look up your account name and password should you forget it.
  10. Will the app be updated?
    The app may be periodically updated with bug fixes or new features. You will receive a notification when launching the app if a new version is available.
  11. What should I do if I forgot my account name or password?
    Go to the login screen in the app and click on the "Forgot account name or password" link.
  12. How can I delete a store from my list of stores?
    First, go to your list of stores, and then tap and hold on the name of the store you want to remove. After a few seconds, a menu will appear with a "Delete Store" option. Tap "Delete Store", and then a confirmation screen will appear where you can confirm you want to delete the store.
